This is a high-demand local contract role with excellent weekly pay, guaranteed hours, stable night shifts, and fast hiring. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care within LPN scope of practice Administer medications, injections, and treatment Monitor vital signs and perform routine nursing assessments Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility) Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate EMR documentation Promote a safe, clean, and supportive care environment Requirements Active LPN License (State or Compact)
