Hours Weekly Guaranteed Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents in LTC settings Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient conditions accurately Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams Assist residents with daily care and support needs Maintain compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards

Requirements:
