Concierge Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic | Leawood, KS Leawood Total Wellness is growing. We are a concierge wellness and aesthetics clinic in Leawood specializing in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and advanced aesthetics including injectables, Sculptra, and microneedling. Our patients are discerning, cash-pay, and deeply value feeling cared for. Everything we do is intentional — from the patient experience to the environment we've created inside the clinic. We are looking for an exceptional LPN or highly experienced Medical Assistant to work directly alongside our founder and provider, Khyati. This is not a high-volume clinic. It is calm. Personalized. Detail-oriented. Relationship-driven. The right person for this role is clinically confident, emotionally intelligent, highly organized, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. The most important skill for this position is strong venipuncture and lab draw experience. Applicants without this experience will not be considered. What you'll help with:

• Lab draws / venipuncture IV starts and IV therapy administration
• IM injections (hormones, peptides, B12)
• Preparing charts ahead of patient visits
• Entering lab orders and managing lab-related insurance details
• Setting up treatment rooms and procedure trays
• Instrument sterilization and autoclaving
• Maintaining a polished, beautiful clinical environment
