The pay range for this position is $31.52/hr to $34.23/hr, depending on education and experience. Shift differentials of $2 for 3pm-11pm shift and $4 for 11pm-9am shift are then added. This position is located in Rutland, MA. $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $1,500 sign-on bonus for part-time

1. Sunday double 3pm-11pm & Thursday 11pm-9am For many years, Devereux Massachusetts has primarily served students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders in residential and group home settings.

Devereux's new Medically Complex Program is designed to serve youth with complex medical needs who require 24-hour nursing care, and are therefore not able to safely reside in a home setting. Many youth in this program, although they have many strengths and abilities, do present with sensory impairments, Intellectual Disabilities, physical impairments, self-care skill deficits, or conditions that require use of medical equipment. We use an interdisciplinary team approach to meet the unique needs of each youth and we provide them with enriching, fun, and diverse opportunities to grow and learn. Qualifications Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and be a current Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Massachusetts. Previous experience with children and adolescents preferred. Valid driver's license required. Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
