• Full-time Position Summary Vista Mesa, located in Cortez Colorado, is seeking a dependable and experienced Night LPN to oversee overnight operations and ensure resident safety, medication administration, and staff support.

This role combines hands‑on medication responsibilities with supervisory oversight during night shifts. Key Responsibilities Administer medications in compliance with QMAP regulations and company policies Supervise and support overnight care staff Ensure resident safety, comfort, and well‑being throughout the night Conduct routine safety rounds and respond to lights and emergencies Complete required documentation accurately and timely Communicate concerns to management and assist with shift reports Enforce policies, procedures, and state regulations Maintain a calm, professional environment during overnight hours Qualifications LPN License Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long‑term care Ability to manage emergencies independently and make sound decisions Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
