Role:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor vital signs and report changes to the Nurse Administrator Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Support acute pain management strategies Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes Educate patients and families on wellness and health management
