Required Qualifications:

Active Maryland LPN license Minimum 2 years of direct

LPN LTC / SNF

patient care experience BLS or CPR certification Experience in long‑term care, assisted living, or nursing home settings Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical documentation, and

HIPAA PCC

experience preferred Kind, patient, and empathetic approach to resident care

Additional Expectations:
