What You'll Be Doing:

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care under the direction of RNs and physicians. Support residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and care planning. Communicate with families and collaborate closely with a cohesive care team. Contribute to a positive, supportive environment where both staff and residents thrive.

What You Bring:

Active and unrestricted LPN license in NC A heart for service, a desire for connection, and a drive to grow. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus—but passion and commitment matter most. What's in It for
