June 8, 2026 Facility may call off up to 24 hours during assignment without penalty Requirements Active Alaska LPN License required BLS Certification (AHA only) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to provide compassionate resident-focused care LPN Job Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately Provide direct nursing care while following individualized care plans Supervise and support nursing assistants and support staff Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident care coordination Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Why Work in Soldotna, AK?
