license, prior nursing home experience preferred Lawson Manor is a 60 bed skilled nursing facility which includes a female dementia unit. Providing short term rehab and long term care to our residents.

Duties include:

• Monitor and record patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform treatments as needed
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
