36 hours/week Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long Term Care (LTC) team. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support residents with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety at all times. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs Foster a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and team members Follow infection control and safety protocols Required Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Must maintain current CNA certification throughout employment Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long Term Care (LTC) or similar setting Work Environment & Schedule Full-time PM shift (2:00 PM
