The role demands maintaining accurate, confidential patient records and advising patients on medication usage, side effects, and potential drug interactions. Additional duties involve providing specialized patient services such as smoking cessation support, blood pressure and cholesterol management, and training patients in using medical devices like blood pressure monitors and glucose meters. The pharmacist will also prepare compounded medications, including sterile solutions, supervise pharmacy support staff, and maintain adequate inventory levels of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies. Close collaboration with healthcare professionals including physicians and nurses is essential to identify and resolve drug-related problems effectively.

Desired Qualifications:
