Winthrop (must commute or relocate before starting) About the Role Charlie's Family of Dealerships is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our service team. You'll play a key role in maintaining vehicle performance and delivering the high-quality service our customers expect. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and lubrication services Inspect vehicles and report maintenance needs Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment for routine service Assist with tire rotations, balancing, and installations Maintain a clean and organized service area Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle needs Follow all safety protocols Qualifications Experience as a Service Technician or similar automotive role Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on repair experience Familiarity with diagnostics and tire services Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively Strong customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Must obtain Maine State Inspection License within 6 months of hire Benefits 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Why Join Charlie's?
