Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Technician with a sales focus, where your mechanical skills and customer service talents will drive success! In this energetic role, you'll perform essential vehicle maintenance services—such as oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments—while also engaging with customers to recommend additional services and products. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics and repair will ensure vehicles leave our shop in top condition, all while building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire service, alignments, and fluid checks with precision and efficiency Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and service tasks accurately Diagnose automotive issues using diagnostic equipment and mechanical knowledge to identify necessary repairs Assist customers by explaining vehicle conditions, recommending appropriate services, and promoting related products to enhance their experience Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks that meet dealership standards for quality and safety Lift heavy objects safely during tire replacements or other service procedures, adhering to safety protocols Maintain a clean, organized work area while ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use Requirements Dealership experience or prior automotive repair background is highly preferred Proven mechanic experience with strong automotive diagnostics skills Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, alignments, and tire services Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Mechanical knowledge combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and technologies Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Sales aptitude with enthusiasm for promoting maintenance services and automotive products Prior experience as a service technician or in automotive repair is advantageous but not required Embark on a career where your mechanical expertise meets exceptional customer engagement! Pay:
$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
