Job Description

Founded in 1960, Trans Ash is a rapidly growing civil land construction & environmental company. This full time position is located at the Barry Steam Station in Bucks, Alabama.

Job Summary:
Greasing and fueling equipment.
Essential Functions:
Daily Inspection of equipment for safe operation. Fuel equipment daily/ grease equipment daily. Check tire pressure and add air as needed. Complete maintenance tasks according to the manufacturer's schedule and in conformance with all maintenance and environmental policies. Run parts. Report issues to the Site Supervisor. May perform other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor.
Job Requirements and Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Training Requirements:
Trans Ash will provide the necessary safety training for the job.
Experience:
Prior experience servicing heavy trucks/equipment/ automotive preferred.
Other information:
Overtime may be required. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, and operate vehicles and small equipment. Must be able to work in a construction environment. Must have a valid driver's license. Be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check.
