Lube & Tire Technician West Point Ford & Chevy West Point, Nebraska West Point Ford & Chevy Position Summary West Point Ford & Chevy is seeking a motivated and dependable Lube & Tire Technician to join our service team. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry while working in a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with a team while delivering high-quality service to customers. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, fluid services, and preventive maintenance inspections Mount, balance, and rotate tires Inspect brakes, suspension, steering, and tire wear conditions Maintain accurate repair orders and inspection documentation Keep shop areas clean and organized Assist service technicians with general shop duties as needed Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding vehicle conditions Qualifications Automotive or mechanical experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a shop environment Strong attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Paid training and advancement opportunities Health insurance options Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Modern equipment and a professional work environment Opportunity for career growth into technician roles Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays Please send your resume to cheryl.rierson@nattinc.com
