We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team at a busy lumber mill in St. Maries, Idaho. As a General Laborer, you will play a key role in supporting mill operations, ensuring production runs safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Assist with various tasks throughout the mill, including stacking, sorting, and handling lumber Operate basic machinery and tools (training provided) Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements:

Ability to work all shifts, including days, nights, and weekends Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment Previous mill or labor experience is a plus, but not required
