Job Description

The lumper role is a physically demanding, high-energy position centered on the efficient unloading of containers. Key performance objectives include maintaining an average output of 1.5 containers per shift through steady lifting, stacking, and wrapping of freight, with compensation tied directly to productivity. Success in this environment requires personal drive, teamwork, and strict adherence to sorting protocols and TI/HI specifications to ensure accurate item segregation and manifest matching. Additionally, all pallets must be professionally wrapped to provide full, continuous coverage and complete freight stabilization in accordance with Precision standards. This position is Production based pay- The more containers you unload in a shift the more you will be pay paid.
Monday-Friday Hours:
3:00 p.m.- 11:00 p.m. Extra shift are available on weekends 6:00 a.m.- 6:30 p.m.
