Lunchroom Supervisor Qualifications:

Experience in a elementary school setting is desirable. Ability to work effectively with elementary students and staff. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Performance Responsibilities:

Supervising Students:

Ensure that students eat their meals safely and follow lunchroom rules. Encourage students to eat and manage their behavior during lunchtime. Oversee the queuing process to ensure it is orderly and efficient.

Maintaining Order:

Assist with passing out lunches and other food items. Ensure that the lunchroom is cleaned up and ready for the next activity before the end of the lunch period. Reporting to

Staff:

Monitor student behavior and report any issues or concerns to teachers and other relevant staff members.
