Lunchroom Aide Classified Salary Schedule � Food Service. Range is $17.68 - $19.24 per hour.
Job Summary:
The Lunch Supervisor will monitor and assist children or other staff as needed during lunch hours in the building. 3 hours per day Monday through Thursday during the school year. Education and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Experience supervising children is preferred but not required.
Certificates, Licenses, & Registrations:
Criminal background check required for hire.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and assist students during their lunch hour in the lunch room or on recess. Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Children in the lunchroom.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write correspondence to other employees or supervisor as needed. Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff and the community. Ability to follow direction and perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
