People looking for temporary or random work Those who struggle with punctuality or communication Anyone not comfortable working in client-facing, high-end environments Individuals who prefer low standards or cutting corners or prone to laziness What you'll do: Maintain luxury homes and professional office spaces to high standards Follow detailed cleaning systems and checklists (we train you) Deliver a polished, consistent experience for every client Communicate professionally and friendly with clients when needed Handle tasks such as kitchens, bathrooms, trashes, floors, linens What we're looking for: Strong attention to detail Professional communication skills Reliable transportation Ability to follow systems and take feedback Positive, energetic, and personable attitude and willingness to learn Professional cleaning experience is a plus but personal or food industry cleaning such as dish washing does not count as experience. Can work flexible hours primarily between 9am-6pm Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms. Use professional natural cleaning products and tools we provide and products to ensure surfaces are sanitized, polished, and spotless. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing for clients. Maintain floor care by mopping, vacuuming carpets, and applying appropriate treatments for different flooring types. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and feedback. Follow strict sanitation protocols to uphold health standards and ensure safe environments for residents or offices. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments while maintaining high-quality standards throughout each home. No experience required — we provide training for the right person.
