Job Description:

The Facilities and Maintenance Manager will ensure the property works overall - they will oversee all the infrastructure and general functional systems, maintenance and groundskeeping ensuring the property remains safe, fully operational, and guest-ready and at the highest standard. Reports directly to the General Manager/Estate Manager and will work with the housekeeping team as well. This role is vital to ensure the overall team can create the guest experience we are looking to provide for all Abound Manor guests and visitors.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

Create, oversee, and conduct property inspection/maintenance processes and schedules across all structures/areas of the estate Create, oversee and maintain seasonal schedules for landscaping, groundskeeping Oversee all utility functions and maintenance including water, sewer, power, gas, propane Oversee all amenity maintenance including, saltwater pool, spa, sports courts Oversee all IT functionality including alarm, WiFi, security feeds, lighting, sound and video systems Oversee and care for our vegetable/herb gardens and small flock of chickens and goats Coordinate with external vendors for on-site inspections, servicing, and repairs as needed Oversee and maintain all maintenance equipment, storage areas and property vehicles Coordinate with general manager and housekeeping to ensure estate is prepared for guests and events and implement check-in/out procedures Ensure systems are in place for prompt responses to urgent maintenance requests Must be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Must live within 30 minutes of the estate Work schedule: Full-Time. On-call for urgent issues over the weekends if needed

Varies with experience. First year total $80,000 (this includes base, plus commission and bonuses) with room for growth as we build the brand into additional locations

$80,000.00 per year
