This is an ideal position for therapists who: want high-paying supplemental weekend work can manage their own self-determined availability value flexibility and independence can operate professionally without micromanagement enjoy working with groups, retreats, and elevated clientele Most bookings take place Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, with occasional weekday opportunities. About Sparrow Sparrow Massage Sedona specializes in luxury in-home massage experiences for retreats, vacation groups, couples, and wellness travelers. We are known for professionalism, reliability, strong communication, and creating seamless guest experiences. With over 20 years in our industry we are highly refined in our operations and deliver the best quality to our clients. This is not a spa environment. Therapists travel directly to beautiful homes and retreat properties throughout Sedona. What We're Looking For We are specifically seeking therapists who are: dependable and punctual emotionally grounded and self-directed strong communicators comfortable working independently experienced in professional client interaction able to follow systems and directions carefully interested in long-term, stable collaboration Applicants who thrive here tend to already view massage therapy as a professional career rather than casual side work. Requirements Active Arizona massage license Professional liability insurance Reliable transportation Weekend availability (especially Fridays & Saturdays) Ability to transport your own massage table and supplies Strong communication skills Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience preferred Professional set-up and supplies (see website for exact list) Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is highly competitive and based on session type and experience. Most therapists working weekends earn strong supplemental income through consistent group bookings and premium clientele.
