Job Description

Windsor Healthcare is hiring a dedicated LVN to provide quality nursing care and support to our residents. This role involves working closely with RNs and CNAs to ensure excellent patient outcomes in a compassionate environment.
SHIFT:
10PM - 6
AM Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report changes Assist with care planning and documentation Supervise and support
CNAs Requirements:
