Develop and assist with managing acquisition pipeline by researching and identifying potential targets aligned with strategic objectives. Travel required - attend industry-related conferences and meetings.
Track and manage M&A project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure timely and efficient execution of strategic initiatives.
Prepare executive-level reports, meeting materials, and updates related to M&A activities, including scheduling and supporting leadership reviews.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring aligned communication, timely execution, and clear visibility across stakeholders.
Schedule and facilitate internal M&A meetings, including managing agendas, capturing meeting notes, tracking follow-ups, and supporting cross-functional coordination.
Proactively identify process gaps, roadblocks, or potential delays, and escalate issues as needed to maintain deal momentum and stakeholder alignment.
Provide general support to the M&A team across deal origination and execution as needed. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field3+ years of experience in corporate development support or M&A support rolesPreferred in-house or outside sales experienceStrong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact confidently with senior executives and stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced, high-stakes environmentsProficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Office Suite and tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar project tracking platformsExperience in a structured project or PMO environment is a plus Additional InformationThis is primarily an onsite position that will require travel Please see our company

Job DescriptionThe Trucordia Mergers & Acquisitions team is seeking a strategic, self-directed Business Development Coordinator who will serve as a key project coordinator supporting the team. This role prefers a proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can anticipate needs. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to enable our business management team through strong project coordination, helping manage timelines, align priorities, and ensure transactions and integration initiatives run smoothly.Duties and Responsibilities:
