Job Description

  • Machine Assembler (Custom Build) | 1st Shift | Hands-On, High-Skill Role
  • Build custom machines from the ground up in a clean, organized shop.

  • , this is the role for you. You won't be on an assembly line—you'll be building
  • custom equipment and one-of-a-kind machines
  • using a mix of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • + Build
  • custom machines from prints, blueprints, and schematics
  • + Assemble mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems + Perform
  • fit-up, alignment, and final assembly
  • of components + Use hand tools, power tools, cranes, and specialty equipment + Perform basic wiring and electrical assembly + Fabricate parts using
  • mills, lathes, saws (as needed)
  • + Troubleshoot issues and work with engineering to solve problems + Ensure machines are built to
  • spec, function properly, and meet quality standards
  • What We're Looking For
  • + Experience building or assembling
  • custom machinery or equipment
  • + Strong blueprint/print reading skills + Experience with
  • mechanical assembly + hand tools
  • + Basic electrical knowledge (wiring/components) + Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve during builds
  • Big Plus If You Have:
  • + Welding experience + Hydraulics/pneumatics experience + Machine shop experience (mills/lathes) + Forklift or crane experience
  • Work Environment & Schedule
  • + •Clean, well-lit shop•with ~25 employees + Mix of mechanical + technical assembly work (not repetitive line work) + Work closely with engineering + experienced team members •

  • + Monday-Friday +
  • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (1st Shift)

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Bear Lake, MN.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may besubject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefitsavailable for this temporary role may include the following:
