Type:

Full-Time, Monday through Friday (with mandatory bi-weekly Saturdays during peak periods). Must be willing to go through our paid training program for the first 2-3 weeks on our day shift.

Job Overview:

As a Cutter Operator, you'll operate high-speed guillotine-style cutters to cut and fold paper for direct mail projects. While prior cutter experience is preferred, we're happy to provide training.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate computerized cutting machines to ensure precise paper cuts. Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality. Follow safety and operational procedures. Lift and move materials (up to 25 lbs.) and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications:

Reliability and strong attention to detail. Basic math and computer skills. Physical stamina for lifting and standing. Previous cutter experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay:

Starting at $18 per hour. Start pay could be higher, based on our desired experience. Overtime opportunities available during peak periods.
