Machine Helper

Lamtec Corporation has immediate openings for Full Time Night Shift Machine Helpers in our Slitting and Laminating departments. Lamtec is conveniently located to Stroudsburg (10 mi), Easton (21 mi), Nazareth (21 mi), and Hackettstown (22 mi). About the Position Helpers play a key role in supporting machine operators and keeping production running safely and efficiently. Helpers are responsible for preparing and staging materials, assisting with machine setup and operation, monitoring production for quality, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Department specific duties will vary, but generally helpers perform work like: Daily production tasks and machine setup or changeover activities Prepare, stage, and organize materials needed for production runs Assist with loading/unloading materials and material handling using equipment, hoists, or forklifts Continuously monitor production and identify quality concerns or defects Label, cradle, palletize, and package finished product for shipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE Assist with general plant tasks, or perform other related work as required Extensive training in safety, production familiarization, task completion, and forklift operation are provided.
