1) ML Platform development experience for Telco Voice Call Performance and User Experience Analytics. 2) The goal is to move from rule-based reporting to an explainable, predictive operational intelligence platform serving the Network Engineering, IMS Core, RAN, Interconnect, and Operations teams. 3) All use cases require production-grade MLOps (CI/CD, drift detection, automated retraining), calibrated and explainable model outputs.
