COPY LINK link Adecco is recruiting for a Machine Line Coordinator for a client in Syracuse, NY. This position is temp-to-hire, paying $30-38/hour DOE. This is a hands-on lead role supporting daily production while providing direction and support to machine operators. Key Responsibilities Operate machines and assist with setups, troubleshooting, and production needs Coordinate daily work and help keep production on schedule Support and guide operators on the floor Act as a point of contact for production and quality issues Communicate updates and needs to leadership Qualifications 3-5+ years of machining or screw machine experience Prior lead or team support experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to balance hands-on work with team coordination

Pay Details:
