Full Time We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator IV to join our production team. This advanced-level role requires specialized training and demonstrated expertise in operating complex production machinery. The Machine Operator IV is responsible for safely operating equipment to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality production runs. Safely operate sophisticated production machinery to maintain efficient and continuous production. Perform routine equipment maintenance, including blade changes, machine setup, cleaning, and tear-down. Apply advanced knowledge of product specifications, equipment capabilities, and profitability goals to adjust machinery for optimal product quality, yield, and line speed. Maintain accurate, timely production records such as net weight sheets, label verification sheets, run-time logs, and man-hour documentation. Maintain certification in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures and follow all safety protocols. Read, comprehend, and enter data in English with strong attention to detail. Direct workflow and collaborate with team members as needed to meet production targets and improve efficiency.
