Position Details Location:

Auburn, ME Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience and shift)

Available Shifts Monday-Friday:

+ 2nd

Shift:

2:30 PM - 10:30 PM + 3rd

Shift:

10:30 PM - 6:30 AM What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently: + Interpret work instructions and specifications to complete production tasks + Operate and monitor machinery, making adjustments as needed + Identify defects or equipment issues and take corrective action + Assemble and position materials using fixtures, chucks, vises, or automated systems + Inspect and measure finished parts using tools like pin gauges and thread gauges + Maintain proper lubrication and coolant levels during operation + Lift materials up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis + Cross-train in multiple departments as needed What We're Looking For + High School Diploma or GED required + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing instructions + Basic math and shop math skills + Experience using measuring tools and inspection instruments + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Reliable attendance and strong safety record + Ability to communicate effectively in English Why You'll Love This Job + Competitive pay with shift differentials available + Stable, growing company with advancement opportunities + Hands-on training and skill development + Team-oriented environment where your work makes an impact + Strong focus on safety and employee success Apply Today! Pay Details:
