Pay :

$18 DOE Responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery in a manufacturing environment. Ensures products are produced efficiently, safely, and according to company quality standards while meeting daily production goals.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate production machinery according to work instructions and specifications. Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements. Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines. Perform routine machine checks and basic preventative maintenance. Identify and report machine malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors or maintenance personnel. Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or tape measures when required. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times. Follow company safety policies, production procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred. Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and quality awareness. Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma or GED preferred. #LIND26
