Multiple openings for Full-time, 1st shift Manufacturing Production Support Associates. These are permanent, direct hire positions. Pay for the posted openings as follows: $19.53 full time bumped up to $21.04/hr within 6 months when meeting goals.

Standard 10 hour day shift begins at 5:30a and ends at 4:00p. 40 hour work week is Monday - Thursday. Until enough team members are hired, employees MAY be on extended hours to include half or full day Fridays. In the past year, MOST Fridays have been filled voluntarily. We are looking for Production Associates to join our team and help us keep up with the demands of our production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring the quality of the product, and ensuring that all safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in a production environment, be able to work independently, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Manufacturing Associate Responsibilities:

Follow safety protocols and procedures. Maintain a clean work environment. Perform quality control checks on products. Operate machinery in accordance with safety guidelines. Assist in the assembly of products. Load and unload materials as needed. Pack and label products for shipment. Prior machine operator experience a plus, but not necessary.
