Pay:

$21-$26 DOQ We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate manufacturing machinery and equipment. Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and efficiency. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Load materials and remove finished products from machines. Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting as needed. Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE. Report equipment, safety, or quality concerns to leadership. Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read measuring tools and follow written instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
