Job Summary The Tumbler Operator is responsible for operating machinery that mechanically "tumbles" concrete products to achieve specific textures and finishes. This is a fast-paced manufacturing role that requires a mix of technical machine operation, quality control, and physical labor.

Key Responsibilities Machine Operation:

Set up and operate manual or automated tumbling equipment. You will use touchpads and computerized controls to program specific cycles.

Quality Control:

Monitor the product for specific aesthetic standards. You must identify defects and ensure the "distressed" look meets customer specifications.

Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and fueling machinery.

Material Handling:

Assist in moving finished products to the packaging area and ensuring they are labeled correctly.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Generally requires 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED is standard.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly (and up to 70 lbs occasionally with assistance). Capacity to stand for long periods and work in an environment that may be loud, dusty, and exposed to Texas weather (heat/cold).

Skills:

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, and basic multiplication) and the ability to read scales/rules/templates. Benefits of working with
