Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of machinery in a safe and productive manner while ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery according to established guidelines and procedures. Perform machine setup, changeovers, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed. Monitor machinery during operation to ensure optimal performance and address any issues that arise. Follow production schedules closely to meet or exceed daily targets. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain accurate records of machine performance and production output. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify improvements in production processes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and precision in work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
