Job Description

Our client is looking for a Machine Operator. This role is vital to supporting their innovative manufacturing processes, focusing on assembly and testing of high-tech PCB components in a fast-paced environment. The company has earned recognition for its commitment to quality and safety, continually striving for excellence in the industry. In this role, you will operate automated work centers on the VI Chip PCB Assembly line, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high quality standards. You will use microscopes, hand tools, and measurement/test equipment to perform tasks accurately, while monitoring equipment functionality and output conformance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to cross-train and certify in multiple assembly work centers, including SMD, Underfill, Transformer Assembly, and more. You will work with minimal supervision, adhering to company guidelines for quality, safety, and cost.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Sunday, 11:00PM

AM Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to understand written and verbal instructions Excellent communication and teamwork skills Computer literacy Experience operating manufacturing equipment, preferably in electronics or PCB assembly Ability to perform detailed tasks with microscopes and hand tools Capable of cross-training in multiple assembly work centers Think you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
