In this role, you will operate punch press and production equipment to help produce high-quality metal parts in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate punch press and manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently Load materials and position parts on machines Adjust machine settings according to production specifications Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Read basic measurements, layouts, and work instructions Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments Maintain a clean and safe work area Complete additional tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred Technical school, trade school, or related experience is a plus Basic math and measurement skills Comfortable using computers and email systems Ability to work independently and stay organized Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed Benefits Competitive pay Overtime available Benefits package offered Career growth opportunities Stable, team-focused work environment
