Machine Operator

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of advanced machinery to produce high-quality components and products. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor various machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC programming equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure accurate production specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Adjust machine settings based on GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications and CAM programming instructions for optimal output. Collaborate with team members on assembly lines, fabrication tasks, tooling setups, and packaging processes to ensure seamless production flow. Requirements Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC machines, stamping presses, or flexo presses within a factory or manufacturing facility. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CAD software like SolidWorks or similar tools, and CNC programming skills. Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly, fabrication, or adjustments. Experience with quality control procedures utilizing precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse environment preferred. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments.
