Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality components and finished products. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to the success of a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, and press brake machines. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to ensure precise fabrication and assembly. Program and troubleshoot CNC machinery using Fanuc controls, CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) programming, and CNC programming skills. Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and tooling changes on machinery to optimize performance. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment; assist with materials handling and fabrication tasks as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently, maintain a clean work environment, and contribute to quality control processes throughout production. Requirements Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC mills, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brakes, or similar equipment in a factory or manufacturing environment. Ability to use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments accurately. Experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts; certification preferred but not required. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tolerances. Knowledge of quality control standards and inspection procedures to ensure product specifications are met consistently. Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is essential; warehouse experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues promptly.
