Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating automated machinery to produce plastic injection molded components for the medical industry. Your expertise in machine operation will ensure efficient production processes and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with an industry leader in injection molding manufacturing. Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated machines for the manufacture of injection molded components. Ensure quality manufactured parts by strictly adhering to specifications. Perform routine visual inspections and quality control checks using a microview. Adjust machine settings based on production needs and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and quality documentation while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Handle materials and components efficiently within the factory or warehouse environment using proper safety measures at all times. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, fabrication processes, and packaging operations to meet production goals. Qualifications Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret drawings and diagrams. Ability to visually inspect machined components through a microview while ensuring quality manufacturing. Ability to handle materials upto 35 pounds safely. Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Highschool diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
Pay:
