They are currently seeking motivated Machine Operators to join their growing production team on 2nd shift. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or fabrication experience who are looking for long-term career growth in a stable and team-oriented environment.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Gather extrusion and materials from storage racks
• Measure and cut aluminum according to work instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Operate manufacturing equipment and monitor machine performance
• Adjust machine settings to maintain proper dimensions and tolerances
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality procedures Requirements for

Machine Operator:

• Experience in a production, manufacturing, or fabrication environment preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining operations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to assemble and fabricate components
• Ability to frequently lift up to 15 pounds
• Ability to push or pull carts weighing up to 75 pounds (team lift when necessary)
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
• Ability to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders up to 6 feet
• Ability to reach overhead and below shoulder height
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise Benefits (Upon Hire with Client):
