Shift Options & Compensation:

Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week (Monday through Thursday) with every single Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!

Day Shift:

6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | $16.00 / hr Night Shift (Graves): 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM | $18.40 / hr

Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Operator I, you will work inside a sterile, climate-controlled cleanroom environment to assist in producing essential medical technologies.

Your day-to-day will include:

Operating and monitoring automated production and packaging machinery. Performing in-process sampling, testing, measurement, and batching. Maintaining strict quality logs and documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Utilizing basic computer interfaces to track and log production data. ... Skills:

Strong attention to detail and time management. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and computational skills. Previous experience working in a regulated cleanroom, laboratory, or medical device environment. A strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, data integrity, or quality control standards.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Must-Haves (Minimum Qualifications):

Experience:

Minimum of 6 months of actual production or manufacturing experience.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for 100% of a 10-hour shift and safely lift up to 50 lbs.

Safety Gear:

Must own and wear steel-toed boots. (Other PPE such as hair/beard nets, gloves, and smocks will be provided).

Cleanroom & GMP Compliance:

Comfortable working in a sterile environment. Strict adherence to GMP guidelines is required, meaning no jewelry or piercings can be worn during the shift, and hair must be worn up.

Availability:

Ready to attend a mandatory Monday orientation at 8:00 AM. (Day shift candidates must also be available for a Tuesday site visit at 10:00 AM).
