OPERATOR IN WOODRIDGE, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our team in Woodridge, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for maintaining machine workflow to meet due dates for the assigned machine.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or G.E.D., must have a minimum of 1-year prior experience as a machine operator, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $18/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Nights, 6pm-6am Located in Woodridge, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Start up equipment at the start of shift. Operates machinery to keep up with scheduled workload. Enters accurate information into Prism system. Enters accurate information into QuickBase system. Reads job tickets, verifying job and form number match proof before loading machine. Monitors quality outputs. Completes paperwork recording counts. Follows the 6S principals. Assists technical support group team members with resolving machine issues. Consults with the Lead or Supervisor regarding machine capability or maintenance related issues. Troubleshoots and resolves any minor run problems that may occur. Remakes any product that does not pass quality standards. Maintains security for user data during processing. Takes on positive leadership (non-management role) regarding all company policies, regulations, guidelines, and behavior. May be required in assisting in training new operators. Performs other job duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. Must have a minimum of 1-year prior experience as a machine operator Must have the ability to read and write instructions and correspondence. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. Must be able to maintain good attendance. Must be willing to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be required during busy periods. Must be reliable and dependable. Must be committed to maintaining a safe work environment, identify hazards, familiarize with safety rules, and/or have the ability to work safely with specific tools or materials.
