Machine Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, with optional Saturdays. We are currently only hiring for Third Shift (11PM-7AM) In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about manufacturing, machining, and precision fabrication to grow their skills within a dynamic environment. All training is done in person, on site. Experience is appreciated, but not required. Responsibilities Set up and operate Schiffli embroidery machines per training guidelines Lift materials up to 50 lbs Utilize tools such as scissors, screw drivers, etc Program and troubleshoot machines as per training guidelines Handle materials safely, efficiently, and appropriately Conduct quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet specifications. Maintain detailed documentation of production activities, machine settings, and inspection results for compliance and continuous improvement purposes.

Pay:

$11.00 - $12.00 per hour
