Temp | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operator - Spot Welder workers for a manufacturing company in Hibbing, MN. In this role, you'll operate spot welding equipment to assemble metal components while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a Machine Operator -

Spot Welder:

Operate spot welding machines to join metal components according to blueprints and work instructions Load and position parts into fixtures and machines for welding Inspect welded parts to ensure proper alignment, strength, and quality standards Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as needed Identify defects or equipment issues and take corrective action Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator -

Spot Welder Role:
