Machine Operator - Immediately Hiring

We are seeking a responsible, self-motivated individual to operate our cup machine line(s). Your role will be crucial to our manufacturing process, and your contribution will be highly valued.

Available Shift:

• Swing
• Monday-Friday 4:00 pm
• 12:30 am
• Graveyard
• Monday-Friday 12:00 am
• 8:30 am

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform timely checks to ensure that only quality product is manufactured.
• Stops production in the event a product that does not meet our quality standards is being produced.
• Perform all assigned quality tests to measure the quality of the product.
• Check orders to ensure correct products and boxes are used for scheduled jobs.
• Immediately respond to any defective goods.

• Fill out production sheets at the end of the shift, noting production and downtime using the company computer.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow instructions from leadership, managers, and supervisors to ensure sustained productivity and target levels.
• Ensures all company policies and procedures, including manufacturing and safety policies and procedures, are always followed.
• Ability to safely complete mandated manufacturing and safety training on equipment to maximize output efficiencies.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred
• Two years in a manufacturing environment tending a production machine
• Preferred.
• Basic computer skills
• Required
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English to complete job-specific paperwork.

• Ability to work independently and function as a team member.

Physical Demands:

• Employees will be required to observe and assess information in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires frequent use of production, manufacturing equipment, and/or machinery.
• The employee must frequently move/transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds, which may require frequent bending, twisting, and reaching motions.
• Employees may be required to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Employees may be required to stand for long periods up to 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
