COPY LINK link We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator & Setup to join our production team in a temp-to-perm opportunity in Norcross, GA with long-term growth potential. This role is responsible for setting up and operating machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment. Machine Operator & Setup (Warehouse/Production)•Temp-to-Perm | Train on 1st shift transition to 2nd shift.
Pay:
$20•21/hour (based on experience)
Training Shift:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM•3:30 PM
Regular Shift:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM•11:30 PM

Production Key Responsibilities Operate specialty machinery to or label rigid containers such as jars, bottles, cans, and pails Set up and adjust machines for screen or label changes and production needs Follow work orders, SOPs, and manufacturer instructions for proper setup and operation Complete required documentation (inspection forms, label retention, line clearance, tape tests) Perform first piece inspections and ensure quality standards are met Verify correct artwork and ensure proper labeling and packaging Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed Perform routine maintenance and daily preventive maintenance (PMs) Maintain accurate production logs and paperwork Follow quality procedures including barcode scanning and verification Communicate with team members to maintain production flow Maintain a clean workspace using 5S methodology Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE Ensure materials and supplies are available for production Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills & Abilities Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and blues Knowledge of safety standards and procedures Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Strongmunication skills Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Technical/vocational training preferred At least 1 year of machine operator/setup experience required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, stretching, and squatting Visual ability to operate and inspect machinery safely Why Join Us? Pay Details:
