Machining III - WarHawks (S/O) - 2nd Shift 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 1440 North 24th Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220 Full-time Parker Hannifin Corporation 4,224 reviews Full-time Responsibilities Requires the ability to conduct and evaluate destructive testing along with visual checks so necessary adjustments to the set-up can be made to produce a quality part Set-up machines for operate only Be capable of running multiple machines at the same time Must be capable of scheduling and prioritizing orders to meet customer demand and on-time delivery Possess the ability to make minor program changes on Fanuc robotics controls Able to set-up and operate all Warhawk Cell equipment Fanuc robotics Wauseon roll forming Benders Crimpers Etchers Must be able to identify, analyze, and evaluate machine and material problems Report necessary machine repair problems to maintenance Be capable of making adjustments and repairs to equipment and machines when necessary Actively participate in department process team activities and projects Must be capable of interacting with Production and Inventory Control (P&IC), Engineering, Quality, and other plant operation at all times Assist the department manager with continuous improvement efforts Work safely in accordance with regulations, standards, and procedures in a manner that eliminates risk to health and the environment. Notify leadership of unsafe conditions or practices unlawful activities and activities which present unreasonable health and/or environmental risk. Report all safety and/or environmental incidents to leadership immediately. Participate in peer-based teams (i.e., Natural High Performance Teams), and work with groups to initiate and implement programs such as Lean Manufacturing and 5-S.
